Who does not like a good dessert? Enjoy our delicious take on the Italian favourite, using Tuk Tuk Chai for a spicy twist
Best with Tuk Tuk Chai: Spicy Masala or Aromatic Cardamom.
Ingredients
3 eggs
100 g brown sugar
250 g mascarpone
1 tsp vanila extract
25 sponge fingers
250 ml Tuk Tuk Spicy Masala or Aromatic Cardamom
Method
Separate the eggs yolks and whites
Mix the sugar and egg yolks with the vanila extract
Add the mascarpone and mix together with the above
Beat the egg whites
Gently fold with the egg yolks mix
Dip the biscuits in Tuk Tuk Chai for a few seconds. Lay the biscuits at the bottom of a rectangular dish. Cover with the cream mix. Add another layer of biscuits and finish with the cream.
